It happened....we have entered the Podcast world!

It only seemed natural to keep the podcast name in the same MM theme as both my company AND my name. So the biggest question; why the hell did it take you so long to start a podcast?
Ok, YES, I have been putting off starting a podcast for, well, years and there are a couple different reasons why. #1 was always lack of time. Until the pandemic hit, I was a full time freelance Makeup Artist which although didn't bring me happiness, paid my bills. That meant that filming my shows (only two at the time) was how I spent the very little free time I actually had and even that was hard considering how tired I was days I wasn't on set working as a MUA. So although I've even spoken on a podcast panel at San Diego's Comic Con, until this week I'd only ever been a pod guest.
The second reason why is because I was nervous! I already can't stand my voice and work so hard to get people to watch my shows plus I was nervous I would annoy people with pushing two types of media. That was until I consistently started getting messages from people to start a podcast. It got to the point that I no longer had a good reason to not do it. I had the time and it was another way to *hopefully* get my name out there and continue on the path to making content as my full time career. Alas, Madames & Murderers was born and starting February 1st, a Monday because gotta keep it on brand, I will be bringing you guys weekly tales of my favorite Madames, criminals, creepy and macabre historical events of course....lots of tales of murder.
